You can check out the private flood market, their pricing will be better than the NFIP.  Some banks won't accept it though.  Good luck.

Hi @Stephen Kunen I was told Embassy Bank from other investors in the area is easy to work with.  I just put a call to them on Friday to talk about a refinance of my properties.  I am waiting on them to contact me, we will see how it goes.

Hi @David Ribardo Welcome to the area.  Did you reach out to the apartment complexes in the area?  They should be more willing to work with you.  The thing is a 3 month rental means you are moving out right in the start of winter; which makes for a harder time to find new tenant.  You can check out the local Facebook rental group to see if anyone can help you out.  Good luck.   Link is below:

For SFHs I would said Philadelphia Contributionship is what I use most often for my clients. After that would be Erie or Safeco.  If you are looking for a local agency, go to 1752.com for Philadelphia Contributionship and use the find an agent tab.  You will find the agency nearest you that has them.

You can Google for the PA Realtor Association sale agreement.  That what I use for the properties I buy.  If you are referring to wholesaling forms, you can ask the local folks here on BP if they are willing to share.  You might also want to go to meetup.com, join the investors meetup groups in our area and ask.  @Eric E.  @Jeff Amore
