Total renovation of single family. Added a bath to add value

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Wanted to transition from rentals to flipping

It was difficult to work with the city during the pandemic. Hard to get ahold of people and get inspectors out which extended our time line a few months.

@Justin Sullivan totally depends on whether I want to do the project or not. Also, they might have the subs number, but managing the project is a whole different story!

I’d have to agree with Andrew. If your out of state, you should probably stay away from East Cleveland. Unless you have lots of experience with d class properties.
