@Grant Francke We provide refugee housing in Cleveland, Ohio.  We have been doing this for about 4 years or so and our experience has been very positive.  We have provided housing to approximately 50 families over these last few years.

@ J Scott, so I've been buying real-estate for a few years, and increasing my portfolio, but one of the questions I have, in your opinion, what are some of the processes need to be  put in place to be more successful and grow a real-estate business.  I think this is my weakness, but I'm honestly not sure where to start!

I am currently investing on the West side of Cleveland.  The market here is excellent for buy and hold.  We don't appreciate like California or other markets, but the rental market here is extremely strong. 

Like others have said, taxes vary by municipality.  In fact, in Cleveland they vary by neighborhood.  What type of properties are you interested in? single families? Multi-families? Commercial?
