Austin Hughes I'm sorry to hear that. Here in Houston, it's a pretty good market for it because of the people flying in for business or vacation (usually to visit family here). I get both of my cars rented fairly frequently (40-70% of each month. Enough to pay insurance and pmt with about $150 left as cash flow). It's been a pretty sweet experience for me thus far. I hope it improves for you man.

Hello BP comunity.  How much value can I add if I have good credit (about a 700 last I checked)?  If I was willing to co-sign on a loan or refinance loan, can that be of value to anyone?  I would like to learn from an experienced investor in the Houston area or surrounding areas but I want to able to bring something to the table as well. So let me know what's on your mind about this. Thanks!

Hi BP community.

I just wanted to offer something to anyone and everyone who reads this post in case it can help someone out. If you are planning to travel to the Houston, Galveston, or any other part of the Houston area in the near future for business or vacation, and need a rental car to get around in, I may be able to help. I have a couple of cars that I am renting out through a peer to peer site called "Turo" (think of it as AirBnB for cars). So far, it has been going very well for myself as well as the people I've rented my cars to. If you have any inquiries, inbox me or comment below (I prefer comments so that everyone can see). I can give you a link to my personal profile (full of great reviews!). Thank you and sorry if this sounded really pitchy. I just greatly believe in the value I provide for everyone with this.

Houston, Pasadena, the woodlands, Bellaire, Sugarland, Galveston, rental, BRRRR, flip, Humble, Kingwood

Hello BP. I am looking to someone to help me get my 1st deal done. It's a house out in Lake Conroe that is soon to go back in the market. They are asking for $250k total (closing cost included). I plan to rent it out on Airbnb and I should be able to pay your money back when I refinance through the credit union I bank with. If you have any questions, please text (832) 577 5968 (please text so that I know you're not someone trying to sell me car insurance or something else. Lol.  I'll call you back soon after the text) Your questions/comments/advise are welcome. Thank you.
