Hello BP. I am looking to someone to help me get my 1st deal done. It's a house out in Lake Conroe that is soon to go back in the market. They are asking for $250k total (closing cost included). I plan to rent it out on Airbnb and I should be able to pay your money back when I refinance through the credit union I bank with.
