Joseph M. It's been going well so far. My 2 cars are in high demand by people flying into Houston on business or to visit family. I may be looking into adding a 3rd vehicle. I will say right now, it's mainly breaking even from month to month only because I have to pay my parents $125/week to transport the cars (we offer free delivery). I could take away the free deliver & have clients uber themselves to the car's location but I don't know how much the demand will decline. I did recently lift up the price this past month and they still were booked solid (20+ days each) and netted me a true 13.93% return. I'm pretty confident that this trend will continue. Especially as I continue to build my repeat customers. Overall, it won't be a true self sustaining business until I pay off 1 of the vehicles (which I'm set to do in about a year).

@Kevin Lefeuvre that's true!  I had forgotten about that but I don't know if they have it for Houston. I know LA has it but I don't think it's here in Houston yet.

Kevin Lefeuvre John Underwood thx for your replies. I don't own any properties (not yet). I asked because I own a few cars for rental on a platform called Turo. I wanted to see if any PM (or any Airbnb owners in Houston) would want to refer my cars to any of their guests. I would be willing to pay $20 for every person he or she sends my way. I figure that if out of town guests book an Airbnb, they would also need a car to get around in. But I am based in Houston.

@Myka Artis here is something I found as far as the requirements.

I don't know too much about them because I just buy them new which makes them easily qualify. Lol. I have a 2014 Mercedes CLA and a 2017 Audi A3 on there and I've been getting a great ROI so far in Houston.

Hello BP community!  Are there any recommendable people or companies that manage Airbnb properties in Houston Texas or in the surrounding cities?  I would like to know. Thank you.

@Tristan S. are you looking for a list for all of Houston or just a certain area?

Jordan Decuir I did it myself by using the county Harris county tax website http://www.hctax.net/Property/DelinquentTax From here, I search by address but only put the street name and it'll give you a list of the properties on that street that show delinquent taxes. Just make sure you know the zip code of the street your searching in so that you can get the desired results. It's a little time consuming if you want to search an entire area such as 3rd ward but it's free and should be up to date.

@Cody L. Dude!  Congrats!  If you are ever in Houston when you start these projects, I'd like to swing by to check them out and meet you as well.

Hello Jordan Decuir yea it seems like there is. Especially since it seems like a lot of those properties are delinquent on property taxes. I was running this search last year and it was surprising how many properties were behind on their property taxes but it was hard to contact them. I may look again soon to see how that landscape has changed.
Cody L. Thx for your reply. Man! You seem to have a lot of faith in the 3rd ward but you've said a lot of valid points. It is close to Downtown, Midtown, & Med Center. As well as the money being thrown into the Emancipation Park (I believe that's what it's called). What else do you know about 3rd ward man?
