@Account Closed, have you listened to any of Amanda Han's podcast or read her book? She is a rockstar and her and her husband own Keystone CPA out of CA.  Check them out.

@Beth S., Larry is spot on.  Nothing in a B or C class for that price, much less an A.

Question for all you smart, savvy realtors. I am looking to start flipping full time in about six months. I want to get my license to help in that endeavor. Does anyone know or have a guess of what my fees would be, per year or month, to a broker to carry my license under them? I would be focused on my own investing and not working with clients.

@Samantha Arentzen, welcome to BP! The market is hot, hot, hot in your area. Buy wisely and don't forget you 1.5% rule, you won't get 2% there currently, or if you are flipping your offer of 70% ARV minus repairs.

I worked with @Dan Whitehouse before. He helped me buy my first investment property in Puyallup and I am currently working with him to sell a property I have owned in Tacoma for 10+ years.(That makes me feel old)  He is a great traditional agent and expanding his investing knowledge. He has been in the game a long time. Do your due diligence on agents but consider Dan.

BP has some great guides for finding investor friendly realtors if you need a starting point.  Best of luck to you!
