Question for all you smart, savvy realtors. I am looking to start flipping full time in about six months. I want to get my license to help in that endeavor. Does anyone know or have a guess of what my fees would be, per year or month, to a broker to carry my license under them? I would be focused on my own investing and not working with clients.

Broker fees vary between each broker. I have seen them range from $0-$500 a month. Depends on what you are looking for. To have your license, mls access, supra key you will be paying ~$650 from what I can remember. I would have to go add everything up that I pay throughout the year to get a solid number.
