Hey BP, I see the housing market is going crazy in Tacoma area.  What is inventory like there?  Are homes getting multiple offers or still a surplus on inventory side? Also, does anyone have a good realtor/real estate agent they could recommend?

Everything decent is gone in a day (SFH)....we had to offer full price day our place came on the market and there were multiple offers....we also paid closing costs to beat out other offers...sellers market for sure
