2. $700 a month (just signed a 2 year lease) 55k (east side)

3. $700 a month 62k (west side)

4. $800 a month 45k (Lawrence)

5. $1225 a month duplex 110k (east side)

6. $1100 a month 105k (bates Hendricks)

All rents will be guaranteed for 3 months and rent money will be escrowed at closing.
