Seeking Multi-Family Property in NJ

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a multi-family property in NJ, commercial or mid-to-large size apartment complexes. I am looking for a minimum ROI of 10% and a cash flow of at least $210/unit. The property should be within a 25 mile radius of the Paramus area. My investor has approximately $200K for the down payment to work with.

If anyone has a good reference for a large PM company as well to handle large projects, it would be greatly appreciated.
