Love that posted by Jaylan, super detailed. I can speak to two of the ME mountains - I prefer the areas around Sugarloaf and Saddleback mountains since you also have the lakes there (Rangeley Lake and Flagstaff Lake) which drive more consistent business in the summer months as well.

@Tim Callahan I would start by talking to a local lender and making sure you are good on the financing end to purchase properties. Even if you purchased with hard money, you're going to want to make sure that you can qualify for financing so that you can refi on the back end and don't get stuck with that hard money loan. Once you get the green light for financing, I would pull a HELOC on your personal residence and use those funds as the downpayment for your next spot. Feel free to reach out for local lender recommendations.

I would talk to @Bethany Turon. She can at least handle the long term property management and will be your best resource for finding anyone else that you need for management.
