Looking for mentor in Greater Portland, ME market

I am a new REI and looking to purchase my first multi-family in the greater Portland area in Maine. I am familiar with Southern/coastal Maine but curious if there's anyone on here who is actively investing in this market and would be willing to connect.

    Hi Candor, 

    Both Dan and myself host real estate investor meetups where a lot of mentoring is done.  Dan covers more of the specific Portland area.  I would recommend attending and making some connections and going from there.  Lots of us enjoy mentoring!
