I know several Realtors that are investors and manage both very well. I think it's a good idea and will probably expose you to good investment deals before others see them.

I used to work them but haven't for about 6 or 7 years. I never bought a list; I hired my daughter to review the files at the county and developed our own list. It was labor intensive but we made some good purchases from it and I wholesaled a few of them. I don't know that being an agent would give you any advantage.

Go to meetup.com and do a 50 mile search for real estate from your area and you will find more than you can ever attend. The meeting in Oceanside is tomorrow night at the El Camino Country Club at 6:00 pm.

Why don't you sell the mobile home and keep it where it is and collect rent for the land. This way you won't be responsible for the upkeep of the home.

@Myles Daniel you might have better luck securing investors who would pay for new or used trailers and retain the financing for your park's tenants. Where is your park located?

@Benjamin Templeton welcome to Oceanside. We have a great club right here in town that meets at the El Camino Country Club on the third Tuesday each month. Maybe I'll see you there. It's on meetup.com. PM me if you want more details.

Actually, if anyone knows a broker in CA that can write up a loan contract then send me the info. Thanks.

Hi Bac. Yes, we've spoken a few times. I can't help you out though. I'm not a licensed loan broker.
