Here in the state of California probate sounds like a very complicated process for real a state wholesaling. I’m curious to know if there is still money to be made in if I should be working these Leads as a wholesaler it sounds like Probate is a little more advantageous if you’re an agent is this correct? Trying to identify which lists to focus on I’d like to speak with someone who has experience wholesaling deals in probate
