@Chris Pomerleau Was the $80k the first round funding?  How bad was the effects of this on your credit?  Could you tell us what is was prior and post the process?  If this is business lines of credit, why does it effect your credit?  Thanks in advance.

@Gerrell King Greetings and welcome to BP. I think you have to find a strategy. There are plenty in the forums here. You have to develop a 1 page business plan and then you can spend your time focusing on accomplishing those goals. You will then be able to get assistance from the community. It is hard for everyone to guess what your dreams are, but you can use the experiences of the community to help you hone in on the details. The LA market is saturated but I am a BRRR investor and I do deals all of the time and I have a FT job as well. If you need help with anything do not hesitate to reach out to me for insight.

@Domonick Dangerfield How do you plan on financing your investment?  Have you taken an opportunity to review all of the option and types of RE investments?

@Melissa McGuire  Sorry I have been traveling for a few months.  Could you send me over some information about the programs you discussed.

@Cherish D.  I live in the area.  You may considering finding another refi source.  I would also find someone in the area that could get you when you are looking for rent wise.  The property value in social around Disney Land will increase.  You need to sit down and figure out the cost of you exit strategy vs keeping the property.  You need to turn it into a revenue generator as a cash flowing property first.  Rents are sky high in that area. If you do want to get out of the property consider all options, if you do not know of have options consider discussing with an investment groups in your area.
