I am selling my property...which means I am the owner!  

The property consist of three- 2bd/1ba, four-1bd/1b and a 1100 sqft SFR.  This is all one property, one parcel.  Gross income $5850/mo...asking $620K.  This is a 6.9% cap rate, with plenty of upside.  There is plenty of new development in the neighborhood.  

Property is located in Visalia CA, centrally located between Fresno and Bakersfield CA.  Nice community, 125K+ population, Sequoia National forest 2 hr drive and  LA and SF a 3hr drive.
