Post: Code violations and tax delinquent in Milwaukee

I'm in Milwaukee, WI and looking for motivated sellers so I figured I would look for people who are late on taxes and have code violations, but I really can't find a way to track them through public records. I can see them on the city assessor  website but I have to know the address.  There doesn't seem to be a way of pulling it up. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I may be able to find or get access to them without having to know the exact address? I would appreciate any help.  I'm new to RE and I'm looking to become a wholesaler. Thanks in advance for everyone's knowledge.

That's a good question. I'm in the same boat. I just sent out postcard yesterday and never thought that. I'm in Milwaukee and new to wholesaling and that's just something I didn't think about.

Joshua I have been educating myself for years and now I just have to get off the couch and do massive action. I don't want to be like all the people who say I'm going to do it. I'm trying out things and trying to see what works and thanks for responding.

I'm just starting out as a wholesaler and I'm looking for a way to build my buyers list. I'm pretty sure there are a lot of people in the Milwaukee market that have been through this and have gotten over this hump. I have tried looking on gosection8.com and there were only people 3 for the Milwaukee area. I have tried CL ads and only 2 responses and both of them said no. Clearly they are looking because they got in contact with me from my ad. I tried ghost ads and got no responses. I sent out postcards off a list I received and I am worried I may not have any cash buyers when i finally get a deal under contract. I'm going to try bandit signs to attract buyers but not sure what I need to put on the signs. I would appreciate any and all help I receive. I'm finally getting over the analysis paralysis and starting to get in the mindset for this business. Thanks in advance.
