Bill,

I would be VERY interested in seeing that info.

Please share when you find it.

I will be more than happy to answer your questions.

1) If you are marketing a property and you are not getting offers, than you are marketing the property wrong. If you get an Approval for a Short Sale and you can NOT buy and resell for a profit, then you SHOULD get out of the way and let the transaction (Destressed Seller and any Buyer) happen without you. Be prepared to assist anyway you can, and be prepared to have to get out of the way.

2) We submit POF's all the time. You will not run into issues if you get a good POF.

Hope I have answered your questions.

Sam,

Ask your Broker to provide written proof as to this.

I have been told this more times than I care to talk about. And NO ONE could provide written proof. All could only provide hear-say.

Here is the info:

Dinner Shows- Arabian Nights Dinner Show, Medieval Times (My personal favorite), Pirate's Dinner Adventure

Water Parks- Wet N Wild, Blizzard Beach (Disney), Typhoon Lagoon (Disney)

As for BP, I am on here as often as I can. I have taken a few projects on here in my company and they take most of my time. I have been reading lots, but I have been lacking in the replies.

Ocala is about 80 miles North of Orlando.

Rich,

The grandkids would love any of the water parks. They are a great way to manage the Florida heat.

Also there are a few really cool theme dinner shows to attend. I will give you a list if you need one.

Hope this helps!

Vikram is totally correct.

If you have the desire to "create" an irrevocable trust, make sure that the Attorney is experienced in Estate Planning.

Also, another great item is to have both a CPA (experienced in Estate Planning) and a CFP (if you know a good one) review the documents.

I will assist ing answering some general questions if you want my opinion.

Josh,

I reported a person a while back and have never heard anything. I am not sure if anything was done. But, I also am not sure nothing was done either.

On the other hand..... should I have not send the $1,000 to your Nigerian banker?

Bill,

The answer to your question is easy. It is due to the lack of common sense. Most people will not ever actually take the time to read the article. Instead, they will regurgatate what others have expressed. And then you will have those that just simple do not understand and since they do nto understand, it must be illegal.
