I found that most of the info was old for my area. Once I learned to look up the info for myself, I found no need for them.

When putting the requested paperwork in the order by which the lender(s) rquest, we add a document that explains each missing document(in its place). It is very combersome but it has worked for us. You will sometimes write the same statements over and over but it also gets the point across.

One thing we let the homeowner be aware of, is that no acution/foreclosure sign will be placed on the property. I have found that when they (homeowner) find out about the possibility of a sign letting everyone in the neighborhood know what is going on, they see another point for doing a short sale.
