Are there any probate experts in Maryland? I want to start prospecting probate leads, I’ve been on the website but what document can I find the subject property in?

Hi I’ve been working on creating more lists to market too. Pre foreclosure lists have always interested me but after speaking to a few high level investors I noticed because of certain policies most investors shy away from pre foreclosure. Does anyone in Maryland have a legal process to advertise and wholesale to houses that are in pre forclosure? Are these laws state specific or county specific? Thanks. So I’ve done FB advertising before, now that I tried getting back into it none of my ads are getting approved..... it’s really annoying because these are all ads I’ve used before .. I’ve tried making new ads with no luck. I’ve switched around my verbiage and still nothing .. What are some Fb ads you guys are currently using?

Joel Nobles As long as it’s your primary residence you’re fine. You can have as many residences as you’d like but your fha has to be your primary.

I downloaded it two weeks ago. So far I’ve sent 12 mailers and I have gotten two phone calls from two sellers. Both want to sell and I’m closing on one of them with a Subject to deal
