MARYLAND-Wholesale pre foreclosure legally?

Hi I’ve been working on creating more lists to market too. Pre foreclosure lists have always interested me but after speaking to a few high level investors I noticed because of certain policies most investors shy away from pre foreclosure. Does anyone in Maryland have a legal process to advertise and wholesale to houses that are in pre forclosure? Are these laws state specific or county specific? Thanks. Keywords: Maryland, Frederick md, Frederick county, Washington county, Montgomery county, Baltimore county

MD law pretty much eliminates going after pre-forclosure properties that are homeowner owned. As already said the law is tough, and penalties outrageously stiff. It is also very vague and easy to inocently cross a line some judge does not like. You are a fool if you go after pre-forclosures in MD.

That said the law only applies to homeowner properties. It does not apply to comercial proeprties.
