My FB ads keep getting disapproved!

So I’ve done FB advertising before, now that I tried getting back into it none of my ads are getting approved..... it’s really annoying because these are all ads I’ve used before .. I’ve tried making new ads with no luck. I’ve switched around my verbiage and still nothing .. What are some Fb ads you guys are currently using?
