Hey guys the other day I purchased my first list, although it looks to be a great list it does not include phone numbers. I’m trying to build a good targeted list of phone numbers to cold call. If anyone knows a good list service please let me know! Thanks!

To clarify the blog and gallery website would be in the same website

Alright so I just bought a few domains for my wholesaling business (buyers list, motivated sellers, & a main website for my business. After getting my domains I got stuck on what provider to use for my opt-in pages for motivated sellers and another page for my cash buyers. I also want to create a full gallery website to showcase my business and have a blog to push leads to my opt-in pages. I wanted to know what website builder anyone here can recommend. I’m looking to create my sites with templetes. Thanks.

Kyle Miller yes ultimately it'll be a rental. My total expenses will be at 420 a month and houses on that street are going for 850 a month rent. It's 1/2 a duplex. Tenant will pay all utilities.

Real quick like the tittle says I'm about to close on my first property in a couple of days. The property is worth 57k and my settlement is 17.1k This is more then what I was expecting but I wanted to see what you guys think. If possible can you guys share some of your deals so I can have examples to put them into perspective?

Have any of you been in a relationship where your partner thinks you're obsessive? My girlfriend thinks I'm too obsessed with real estate and business in general. Honestly investing, business, personal finance, and entrepreneurship have been my passions since I was a kid. My friends and co workers know me as the guy who knows a lot about business and investments. I guess I want to know how many other people are "obsessed" like me? And what you do to combat it

So it's been a month now since I decided to get started looking for properties (duplex, 3-4 plex). As of now all the properties I've looked at have been in the MLS. I've read that a few of you have purchased properties directly from investors. I wanted to know what are some pros and cons from using this strategy and if it works great for some of you.
