@Account Closed do an exceptional job of asking guests the tough questions that both seasoned and newbie investors alike would like to know. You can listen to them while you are getting ready in the mornings, commuting to work and while you are working out. Aside from that, I would spend time on these forums researching the topics you are most interested in. Lastly and to not make this post too long, I would always caution you from buying into the " Real Estate Guru's Plan To Make You Rich In 30 Days For Only 3 Easy Payments of $20K." A bit extreme? Negative. There are Gurus out there that charge that much if not more. That is not to say that there are those who have bought into the plan and have done exceptionally well but truthfully you know yourself better than anyone else so that decision is all you. Anything those guys claim to teach you, you will be able to get for FREE here on this website.
