Mailed 10.000 postcards over the last two months to absentee owners who have been in title for at least 15 years. My response rate was .25 of 1%. Pretty lousy if you ask me. Any suggestions as to how to improve on this.

I use Action Printing in Lubbock, texas. Ask for Randy. An oversized postcard gets done for about .38Cts including postage. I send it third class. For first class it's .48 cts.Very good quality, great customer service. They can pretty much do anything you want.
