Shane Hedeen I am not exclusively looking off market, so feel free to send any new MF properties my way! Ideally under $200k, but I'm more focused on the cash returns than purchase price. Ideally focusing on some of the smaller outlying areas (Mankato, Rochester, St Cloud, etc).

Shane Hedeen I'm focusing mostly on multi-family (duplex or triplex) for now. Would like to have 6-8 of those in my portfolio within a few years. Do you happen to work with any wholesalers in the area that I should be connecting with?

Hi All,

I am new to the real estate world, and thrilled to be on BP!  I am mostly interested in multi-family properties to buy and hold, and this will be a "side gig" initially.  Looking to scale rather quickly, and hope to have 15+ units within a few years.  I would love to do some small-group networking with other Twin Cities investors.  I am also curious about good, local portfolio investors and smaller property management companies in the area.
