I'm looking for someone who's been in the game for more than 10 years and owns small multi family properties in B or C neighborhoods.

@Jordan Moorhead I don't meet your criteria AT ALL! 

But, i've been the business for 3 years and average 30 properties/year in sales. I also work with a lot of investors in all kinds of neighborhoods (MN Twin Cities area and Western WI) including MF and SF.
