I run a coworking space in Londonderry. I'm expecting to see an upswing in people working remotely once this whole thing is over.

Hello @Rudy Lara. Our space is doing well, we're picking up more and more members and are now looking to open more spaces. My space is fairly mixed use. I have 15 private offices and a 900 sqft hall for hot desking. We're not at capacity for hot desking but I'm estimating about 100 members in our current facility.

Coworking members aren't tenants. Our offices are furnished and the members use the spaces so they don't have leases, they use membership agreements. My structure is a little different than other coworking spaces because we can charge a lot less than the industry norm.

Just another area where 'good intentions' leads to greater problems than they help.

Hello  @Maxine Attobrah! How is your coworking experience going? Our biggest issue is finding people to join, haven't gotten a great handle on the marketing. Though we still make good money because I priced my private offices well for the location.
