Coworking rental property Chicago

Hi. Was looking to see if anyone knows or has had some experience with co-working rental units.

I am near Chicago and manage a property that could be a good fit for co-working tenants. I just don't know much about that market. I can probably fit around 60-80 people here or more. The property would need a bit of work, and would just need to add WI-FI through out the place. I was also thinking about some value added services such as providing basic office equipment, printer, phone, fax, computer/server, or anything else that might help tenants. 

Anyone have some input on this?

I'm not familure with your area but I run a couple of coworking spaces in New Hampshire.
