I'm a 31 yr old married guy looking to get started in house hacking in southern NH. Any tips, suggestions, recommended realtors or general advice would be greatly appreciated. I know what I'm looking for in a property, just want some help and clarification on how to achieve that. Thanks

Hi @Trice Antinoro,

Welcome to Bigger Pockets!  I 100% agree with @Abel Curiel's suggestion of getting pre-approved by a lender to start the process.  Looking at/finding a house is the fun part, but there's no sense in doing that if you're looking at places that you're not qualified for.  I have several lenders I can recommend that I have closed multifamily/house-hacking deals with.  You definitely want someone who understands your strategy and ultimately your end goals. If you have any other specific questions or recommendation needs, please do not hesitate to reach out!
