@David H. one of our restaurant tenant asked for help with April rent.  We told them to check out SBA website and they said they can't take more loans.  Can they still be eligible for the 10k grant?  Or they have to apply for the loan in order to get the grant? Thanks!

@Michael Plaks

I have an off topic question: if we formed 2 LLCs in Texas last year (5 members, 4 are foreigners, 1 is US) but there was no RE transactions in 2019. Do we still need to file tax returns for them for 2019? I get mixed answers on this, the CPA said no need to since there was no translation (only need to file TX franchise tax), the EA said we still need to file.  You are way more experience in this so just hope you can shed some light.  Thanks in advance.

@Bill Horton yes, we have 2 tenants who already reached out and asked for help with rent.  We are still working on what and how much we can do to help.  Please keep us posted with what you guys end up with.  Thanks.

Hello BP,

We need recommendations for a good commercial real estate lawyer in the Houston area.  We need him to review a lease contract for a retail space.  Thanks.
