@Joel Owens

Hi Joel.  We need a lease agent for commercial (retail).  Do you know anyone in the Houston area that you can recommend? Thanks.

@Rachel Foster how do you do income verification?  I just evicted a tenant who I now suspect she used fake pay stubs.  It said she made $6400/month, rent is $1700/month so that is 3x more than rent but she was super late every single month.  Still pretty New at this and still learning. Thanks.

@Joe Funari No worries about the delays.  I know people are busy.  Congrats on the 4 that went under contract.  That is sooo awesome.

Yeah, Frisco is tough right now for residential per what you said.  How about commercial?  What are your thoughts on that?  Do you deal with commercial too?

Thanks.

@Cory Mortensen and @Joe Crupi.  I am following this post since I am interested in commercial for that area. Thanks.

@Rehaan Khan thanks so much for the input.  She paid the 1 month rent into court registry yesterday so we have to go to higher court now.  I will see an attorney for consultation on how to proceed from here and to make sure all papers I filed are correct, and probably will go through this by myself.  Will decide after talking to an attorney.

Thanks again for your help and have a great day.

@Rehaan Khan

Rehaan,

I see it now but it's just what I wrote to you.
