@James Storey and @Joe Villeneuve what about property management fee? For absolute NNN, do tenants pay for property manager too or only tax, insurance, and maintenance? What if the landlord is doing in house property management? Thanks.

@Tess L. so you didn't have to show up at a branch at all?  You literally were able to open an account with them virtually?

My brother needs to open an account here to invest.  He is in Vietnam and cannot come now.  So it will be great if he can open a us bank account without having to walk into a branch here.

@Matthew Loving we have 1 restaurant tenant (mom-and-pop) asked for rent reduction for April and we did reduce 30% April rent for them.  They have been super good tenant.  The rest paid April in full.  May will be a different story.

@Greg Dickerson so if we don't have loans on our property then we don't have to worry about those covenants?  the addendum is strictly between us and our tenants?  Thanks!
