   My suggestion are to work the numbers, I think it's best to start from the groud up with a major fire. Find a contractor that your friends or family have used before and hire them. Two family is worth more than a single especially if you want the rental income. Good luck.

That's correct, the owner or the attorney that represents her. If you can get a hold of the statements that would help as well.
