There is no correct answer. It depends on your opportunity costs and what you plan on doing with the funds afterwards. Your capital gains are lower if you owned the property for more than one year, double check with you accountant to see if the numbers make sense.

   I was in Freetown on Saturday looking at a potential project. My recommendation is keep looking and you'll find the one that makes sense. In this business you have to kiss a lot of frogs. I wish you well.

I'm all over the place with off market deals, investments, developments in Winchester, Maynard and recently sold a 3 family in Teele Sq, I'm sure it's not too far from you.  Good luck and learn as much as you can.
