Learning in Littleton, Massachusetts

Hi. My name is Ty. I was named after Ty Cobb. Apparently my father loved baseball (and Ty). I am a writer, a photographer, and now about to become a real estate investor.

I have spent most of my adult life in retail management with a few years in programming, website design, and freelancing. I am currently working in a low-level retail position while I learn and prepare for my next step.

I have had some success investing in the stock market. I had success flipping a mobile home and would like to do the same with a house. I would like to use it as a way to help others. And of course, I would like to improve my ROI.

I am willing to take action as needed, but not until I am ready. I love learning new things and I love challenges. I plan to do a lot of reading, watching training videos, listening to audio books, and talking with people to educate myself. Then, when the time is right, I will jump in and be successful at it. I know this because I know myself.

I will very much appreciate (and remember) any help I get during my learning curve and beyond. Someday, I may need coaches, teachers, mentors, friends, like-minded colleagues willing to help each other, along with all the other people on my power team. Keep that in mind in case I can help you be more successful.

Till next time, Ty

Welcome Ty to BP, it s a great place to learn and connect with other investors. I'm a RE agent as well as an investor, my team mostly develops in higher end towns. We always invest where the numbers make sense. Good luck and I wish you well.
