KC is the place to be. Tons oof burb s that are awesome buy n hold . Can also do flips, w/ correct areas. My investors are both types. 2% is just a number. Many many kcmo metro areas do that & more.

I have one under contract, have investor buyer already! He needs a private lender or hard money lender for this type of property.

I'll also need this type of lender to refer any of my buyers too.

Need ASAP, please help!

Hey Cole,

KS re taxes are way higher for one thing. MO gives you more bang for your buck. I have a property management company & w/multi's you want to make sure there is no deferred maint., it can be significant. SFR's are great to built a portfolio with & grow cash flow as well as w/multi's, but typically less maint/vacancy costs.
