I am reviewing some properties with my local assessors office and notice they have a TCV price listed for each of the properties. I am curious as to how much relevance other investors value this number in their due diligence of evaluating a properties worth.

I have an individual that I work with on a regular basis and he would like to start doing private/hard money loans in Michigan. Does anyone know the steps and requirements for this?
