Welcome brother!!! Seems like me in you are in the same boat. I am getting in the realestate game to also cover cost of living so i can work on my own. The first thing I had to learn is what that number is. So anyways good luck and if there is anything i can do let mw know!!!!!

I am in the plant industry as well and everyone i have talked to that is headed to the Sasaw plant says they cant find rentals in A HR radius. I would defiantly do as much training here as you can but Lake Charles isn't small anymore and ready to explode!!!!!!!!!!

Drew Clements= thanks for the quick response!!! You certified my fact that i can do it in the futur but like anything eles i need to no the right questions. Are there any books or traning blogs you would recomend??

Omar j= i actually have to reassonings for my adwords  interest. 1 is my realestate carieer buyers/ potential investors/ and any other realestate options. 2nd is i am part owner of a hotshot driving company. Its a downsouth mainly industrie. lucky for me i dont think my competion has realized the potential of online advertising and what a cookie can do 🤔🤔 so i am gonna use it to my advantage.. 

Thanks alot guys and i appreciate your honesty. Defiantly would let a profesional do it  if i had the cash to potentially lose. I am eathier gonna have to give it a shot soon or save up for a expert. but one way are the other i dont think i will reach my goals with out it!!!

Has anybody ever used Google AD words? Would you please share any tips in tricks if you have any!

Also look up Brandons course on Udemy it is a crash course on everything in investment real estate.  In last but not least, go get your real estate license if i can do it anyone can! It will hold you accountable to your realestate dreams and passion.
