Hello BP.  My name is Jeremy Pousson and I am new to this site.  I want to start off by thanking those of you that have shared your experiences as well as those that have replied with great thought.  It is evident within these posts that you care for one another even though most of you have never met.  Truly uplifting to see especially with all of the negativity in the world today. 

I operate a family business that my Father started 30 years ago.  We specialize in construction materials with 2 locations in Southern Louisiana (Lake Charles/Baton Rouge).  I am familiar with the construction of commercial and residential properties.  I have built and sold a few of my personal homes in the past.  Real estate investing interests me.  I want to buy and hold properties for the cash flow but would be interested in all opportunities.  Happy Holidays!
