Hay brother!!! As someone who works construction in the  plant buy the Mississippi river. All the talk is the next big job is coming out of lake charles. Many guys are complaining there are no more camper spots left(just dirt).. If your looking to own in lake charles follow the plant workers they work 12-14 hr a day 7 days a week and get per diem to live there. I only wish i would have known about this stuff 10 years ago!!! I have contacted some of the contractors ISC,Excel, Turner but they all say it is up to the individual on were they wanna live. Any who if i had the money i would be betting on lake charles for the next 4 yrs!!

I&E tech (blue colar) in a local plant and before that aircraft mechanic. Breaking into realestate becuase it is a great way to build wealth and not have to work alot of OT to hit 6figures a year. Also had back surgery last year and it was definitely a life changing event. :)))) great thread!! 

Hello BP and thanks for all the help. I me and my brother prob going to be inheriting my dads house(steal has a mortgage) and we are unsure what to do with it. It is in ardmore OK and need a littile work. I would love to keep it as a rental property but live 9hr away and am unable to really take care of it. So i come to BP with open ears for at advice. I am willing to talk to a wholesalers as long as it is a win win deal for us. So any help would be greatly appreciative

Hello al I am new to BP but in love with it so far!!! I am in the process of getting my realtor license and then insp license. I was wondering what or some side hustle's some of you have had to do just to keep cash flowing during down time I am not a big fan of downtime in hate it when I am not making money;)
