Good evening,

My name is LaTonya Johnson, and I'm new to BP.

I've found some very interesting articles thus far, so it seems like I'm going to become a regular here.  Plus, it beats the heck out of Facebook!

I'm currently looking for the following types of apartment complexes:

Class: C+ to C

#of Units: 60-180

Cap Rate: 7%+

Roof: Pitched

Metering: Individual

Value Play

Markets: Texas, Louisiana, TN

I'm always looking for good contacts (attorneys, property managers, inspectors, CPAs, appraisers, etc) , so feel free to share.  I have a team, yet as I expand my knowledge base, the knowledge of my team must expand also.

If I can help in any fashion, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.

Regards,

LaTonya
