@Cole Black

I should add I’m not an accredited investor and am from Canada. Also not interested in Reits. More crowdfunding deals.

Hey guys/girls,

I’m not in a situation right now where I can use leverage. I’m wondering if there’s a way to take small amounts of money (around $1000) to invest in real estate earning dividends and capital gains. I currently invest in peer to peer lending but there isn’t anything good on the market at the moment, therefore I’m looking elsewhere. What is similar to this in real estate?

I’m looking at maybe doing a if you don’t sell your house get your money back guarantee for my aerial photography business. First question, good or bad idea? Second question, on average what percent of houses you list don’t sell?

@Jonathan Greene I have tried to get into the interior stuff. It’s a bit to big of an investment right now but will be something I get into later. Where I’m from drone rules are quite stiff and your average photographer cannot get a license. Therefore I do find I get quite a few clients just doing exterior.

I was going to start advertising my drone business to real estate agent this week. However, due to covid 19 and the country going into a recession, I was wondering if I should hold off until this all passes. Are agents even selling houses at the moment or is the real estate market in a stalemate till this is over?

 You missed the last one in Niagara Falls..  Next one is Treb Quest but I am 99.9% sure  it won't happen in May

@Roy Cleeves I have an aerial photography business. Last year I did direct mail once and it worked well. This year I've set aside a large budget for advertising. Since email advertising is relatively cheap I'm wanting to take full advantage of it as well. Any chance you know of a good service that I can get a second phone number on that accepts voicemail?

Looking for something comparable to google voice for Canada. I want a phone number separate from my personal one that sends all incoming calls to a voicemail, any ideas?
