I am looking at investing in some rental units in my area that cash flow. Looking for a realtor to sign me up for automatic alerts of deals that meet my requirements. Once I find a good deal I want that realtor to make offers on such deal.

I was continuing my search for a realtor today, I began talking to one who began to ask me questions. The Realtor asked me who will represent me and who will make the offer for you. I told him that I would like him to do that and his response was that he didn't think his team was a right fit for me and I should find a junior realtor without many clients. My question is should I take his advise and find a realtor that is a junior. The pros to that would be he will probably spend more time trying to prove himself and work harder for me. The cons would be both of us being inexperienced it might be easier making a mistake. My other option is to continue to find a realtor that has lots of experience, the pros would be his experience level but the cons could be they don't have as much time to focus on my needs. What should I

@Patricia Steiner

My purpose for direst mail is actually for my aerial photography business. I can’t spend hours of my time calling realtors letting them know about me instead I paid someone to design the flyer and another company to print and ship my cost might be a bit higher then if I were to call everyone but at the moment the time it would cost to do it would be more then the flyers. I find lots of realtors are having a heck of a time finding pilots so getting my name out to each office will have a much higher return then most.

Hey guys and girl,

I am wanting to do a direct mail campaign. I’ve been in contact with Canada post and it’s going to cost $450 to print and mail 100 postcards. There has to be a better way. Any tips for someone in Canada?

@Joey Allison hey Joey I’m having the same issue in my business. I wasn’t making profit and now I’m making thousands. I want to pay off my bad debts so I can focus on business full time and can quit my job. However I also want to reinvest that mo way into my business to gain more costumers and continue growing. I too am having issues figuring out my next step as both options seem to be good ideas.

Hey all,

I am looking at sending a direct mail flyer to realtors in my area. Does anyone in Ontario or Canada know how to do this? Does Canada post look after printing or is that a 3rd party? Do I have to find the addresses to all the realtor offices or will someone else do that?
