17+ years in restaurant management (9 of those as General Manager): hiring, firing, retaining employees, training, coaching, mentoring fellow managers/associates, upholding very high customer service standards, monitoring quality at a very high level, supervising a crew of 60+ employees, writing schedules, back office paperwork. I am very organized, structured, goal-oriented. In April of this year I made a goal to buy my first property within 100 days...I did it in 81. I am a licensed RE agent in Utah.
