We are working on a few off-market strip mall leads in Florida and Texas that we are looking for potential partnerships. The Strip malls are generally Class B/C, consists of local mom & pop tenants, and range from 7500-15,000 sq ft. The purchase price of these ranges from $1M-$3M.
