Rochester NY- Mixed Use Lead - 60 units total

Hello All, 

We had a lead submitted from a seller looking to sell a few buildings in Rochester NY. It is not a target market of ours and I wanted to see if anyone is investing in this area who would be interested. The properties total 50 residential units and 10 retail units.
