What's your favorite real estate book? A book that laid out a clear blueprint for a certain strategy. A book that taught you real estate jargon. Don't mention Rich Dad Poor Dad or the E-Myth, I'm talking specific to the strategy you want to venture into in the world of REI. Have a great day everybody god bless.

@Stephen Rinaldi I'm new to REI what do you mean by rate? Do you mean interest rates?

@Joanna Golden absolutely! It’s short and simple. You can honestly finish reading it in a few hours. I came from a family raised with the “poor man” mentality which is to get a good education, get a good paying job, and retire at 55 or 60 years old. THATS IS NOT THE WAY. This book as simple as it may be, opened my eyes to another way of living. It taught me that to become rich one must accumulate as many assets as possible while keeping your liabilities at a minimum.

Definitely recommend reading it or listening to is on audible. Also, The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene and Hard Times Create Strong Men by Stefan Aarnio

My name is Cirilo I am 26 years old and I moved from Los Angeles to Rancho Cucamonga in April 2022. I have recently started to search for a local real estate investing group.

I’m going to be brutally honest with you guys on this post. I have been aspiring to become a real estate investor since 2019. however, because of events that transpired, circumstances that changed, and my own motivation that diminished I have not started. I was honestly looking for the fast way in which now I can honestly admit it was not the best route to take.

I am now focused on taking things one step at a time, being patient, saving my money, and getting to know people with similar ambitions.

I am very interested in purchasing my first multi family rental property. I work a lot however I don’t clock in til 2pm so if anybody is interested in grabbing a cup of coffee and connecting, that would be awesome.

If you live in the Los Angeles area or Orange County this message is for you as well.

Have a great day everybody !
