Rancho Cucamonga local meet ups

My name is Cirilo I am 26 years old and I moved from Los Angeles to Rancho Cucamonga in April 2022. I have recently started to search for a local real estate investing group.

I’m going to be brutally honest with you guys on this post. I have been aspiring to become a real estate investor since 2019. however, because of events that transpired, circumstances that changed, and my own motivation that diminished I have not started. I was honestly looking for the fast way in which now I can honestly admit it was not the best route to take.

I am now focused on taking things one step at a time, being patient, saving my money, and getting to know people with similar ambitions.

I am very interested in purchasing my first multi family rental property. I work a lot however I don’t clock in til 2pm so if anybody is interested in grabbing a cup of coffee and connecting, that would be awesome.

I haven't been any of the REI meetups in Riverside, but I do know of some of them since there is a high likelihood I'll be moving to Riverside County in the future.

Most of the meetups I've been to have been in LA County, so I can't speak for the quality of any meetups in Riverside/San Bernardino County.
